What is the typical turnaround time for a design project?
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Need it faster? Rush options are available — just ask
What's your minimum order quantity?
We don't believe in massive minimums. You can start small, test what works, and scale up from there.
Can I supply my own artwork, or do you design it for me?
Both. Send us print-ready files and we'll get to work. No artwork? We can design something that fits your brand.
What size magnets do you offer?
Our normal size is 1.875x2.5, and for Event and Calendar Magnets we do 5x7. But we will work with you if you have a specific size to fit your needs — from small business card style up to larger promo pieces.
Can I actually make money reselling these?
Absolutely. Most customers mark our magnets up 2–3x at their merch table or tasting room. At our volume pricing, the margins are real. But the value goes beyond the sale — every magnet that leaves with a customer is your logo living on their fridge, their car, their locker. That's daily brand exposure you didn't have to pay for twice.
Can I have MULTIPLE Designs as part of an order?
Absolutely! Most companies send us 3-6 different designs, and those are all included in the total
